Spring 2011 Registration

Spring registration is now open to high school boys (9^th–12^th grade) who attend an Humble ISD high school. The deadline for Spring registration is December 16, 2010; first practice is January 6^th, 2011 (subject to change). All registration forms MUST be completed and checked (and fees received) by the registar in order to participate in Spring lacrosse.

Players that played in the fall and do NOT have any changes to the contact information do not need to re-submit the paperwork.  The forms we collected for the fall will still apply.  The spring registration fee still applies.

       $600 registration fee (payable to Kingwood Lacrosse Club, Inc.) – due by Dec 16^th.   Remember, we don't get any financial support from HISD or the All Sports Booster Club.  The registration fee is used for coaches, field use, tournament registrations, uniforms, transportation, referees, equipment, supplies, etc.

If you need to spread the registration payments over a period of time, we are able to accept 3 equal payments of $200, with final payment due no later than Feb15th. Please contact Fredy Henderson @ Fredy.henderson@shell.com or at (281) 382-2910.
